We’re a 501(c)(3) foster-based dog rescue helping save at-risk dogs throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Mexico. Our mission is simple: give every dog a chance at a loving, secure, forever home. We are proud to be a no-kill organization: 100% volunteer-run, with 100% of donations going directly to the care of our animals.

P.A.W.S.’s mission is to find every dog a secure, loving, lifetime home.

P.A.W.S. rescues dogs from high-kill shelters across Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Mexico. Once rescued, each dog is given loving care in a foster home until a forever family is found. We are a no-kill rescue; dogs stay in our care as long as they need. Many of our dogs come from overcrowded municipal shelters or dire situations where they were at risk of euthanasia.

Our work is 100% volunteer-powered with no salaries or overhead; every dollar goes directly to the dogs (food, vet bills, dental cleaning, training, and supplies). We believe every dog deserves a second chance, and with your support, we can save even more lives. We’ve proudly been the #1 Petco adoption partner in Arizona for several years.
